Sizing
What sizes do you carry?
Women's dresses and cardigans come in S–XL (about US 4–16); men's shirts come in S–XXL. Each product page shows a size guide.
I'm between sizes — which should I order?
For relaxed styles take your usual size; for fitted pieces choose the larger one. Email us your measurements and we will help.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best. Once an order has been packed it can no longer be changed.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 5–10 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unworn clothing with tags attached and unused bags, scarves and home items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number — we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Gifts
Can I ship a gift to someone else?
Yes — enter their address at checkout. Packing slips do not show prices.
Care
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We show the original product photos. Screens differ, so shades may look slightly different in person.
